i have been considering selling me glass boat and going back to an aluminum boat. one of the concerns is tiller steering. i had someone suggest that a tiller, 50 hp, would be tiring to run for any distance. i would apprciate comments. motor is a mercury 4 stroke , 2007 year.

I would think you will be fine but i'm pretty young. If you are older and have or had shoulder problems you may run in to problems. My advice would be to go to a dealer adn try to demo one and see how you feel after a 15 minute run. I say go for it.
