Get yall's mind of the gutter...I go in fresh and saltwater in my boat and I will use Superlube for connections and areas I can easily access. What do you use in a spray form that lubes and protects metal moving parts and lasts but doesn't collect dust? Im thinking of hinges for bow mount trolling motors and stuff.

This stuff is great if you can find it. They use it on equipment at the local road salt unloading site, where it comes into the state on ships.

Smells like lanolin, kinda thickish, and doesn't seem to wash away.

i'd use wd 40. if i was in salt water i'd be washing everything down once i got home anyway,so dust and dirt wouldn't be an issue.we go thru gallons of wd40 at work on our coring drills, hydraulic chainsaws, most of our smaller power tools.
