Stern handle breakage?

Today I pulled the handle off of the corner peice if my Starcraft sf16.It seems like it is made out of something other than solid aluminum,and it also broke at the holes for the bolts.Has this ever happened to anyone else?I was moving it in the yard by hand,went to pull it back and the next thing I know I'm on my back with the handle in my hand.What are the odds I'll be able to find a replacement(the boats a 92)?

It is probably pot metal......... And I would think you could order them from the boat manufacture?

i put a request in with the local Starcraft dealer,so we'll see what happens.

i got no reply from the dealer,and then I remembered JB weld.Its all back together and seems like it should be fine.

Well if it works then go with it =D>
