Decided to carpet instead of the stained wood will buy friday how do you attch it some sort of glue? And fold it over and staple?

Two ways to attach carpet. One is with contact cement. You have to apply the contact cement to both surfaces and let it stand for several minutes, then apply with pressure. I used this on the decks and lids.
The second is with Henry's carpet adhesive. This stuff you can apply only to the deck surface and use plenty, then once you put the carpet down, you can stil move it around to get it in place. I used this in the lowest floor area.
With both you should apply plenty of pressure once in place.
