Hello everyone, I was wondering if this wood sealer that repels water, any good, or is it best to use polyurethane? I have this gallon stored from a left over project and did not want to go spend anymore money on wood sealer.

It is probably fine, I would just read the chemicals in it to be sure it will not react with and corrode your aluminum boat, I usually use a marine spar varnish.

I'd bet good money that has copper in it... not good for aluminum boats.
