Hey all,

I've searched, and done research, on many, many different builds on here and on the web. Here is my problem: I need something that I can easily put in and out, and I want minimum hardware to be mounted on the tin of the boat. I really don't need anything to run from the middle bench seat to the front. Realistically, I only need something from the bow trolling motor plywood, that extends around 36" towards the stern, and spans the width of the 58" transom to transom width.

What are my options?? Looking at something around 20" high. I'd appreciate any input.

I don't really see any good options for what you want, not in a solid build anyway... but I do see pressure treated lumber that you need to use on something else besides an aluminum boat.

Plain untreated lumber only in an aluminum boat!

Thanks for the heads up on the lumber; brought it home mainly to get a look at different anchoring options.
