removing bench seats?

I have a 10' tracker. I was wondering on if it was sturdy enough to remove both benches. I see legally would have to add foam back somewhere, but just curious.

Removing one is a touchy subject so i really doubt removing two is a good idea. You will be loosing lot of what keeps your sides strong in the boat.
 
Are the ribs just on the floor I wouldn't do it. If the ribs go up the sides and you add some re-enforcement it could be done.
