Looks very adjustable and a high quality product. I have no idea what kind it may be though, probably last ya a lifetime.

i have tried holders similar to that, and the adjustments are a nice feature. but putting your rod in and out can take some getting used to, and you have to double check if everything is secured tightly or else it's bye bye rod. other than that, these rod holders are nice to have.
i prefer tubes because i can make a quicker draw, that's very important whem i'm doing other stuff or dozing off.

Depends on the price. Yes, I'm cheap!
I prefer flush mounts as space is a premium and looks like I would snag myself silly on that thing. Just wait till you get to my age. :roll:

Thanks for the feedback 
these holders are $14, all aluminum except for the screw...Im not really looking for them for trolling, but more to put my rod in when Im helping my wife or daughter with their lines, and vice versa..
