Mounting my motor/jackplate on the transom. I thought SeaArks had all aluminum transoms, but I discovered wood when I drilled holes.
But I digress. Are Grade 8 bolts from Tractor Supply acceptable for securing my jackplate to transom? Will they react with the aluminum or the wood in the transom?
