hi guys.
i saw a local listing for a 2 year old and seldom used 12 foot aluminum boat, it's practically ding free. it's baracuda brand from Australia (i think). the boat comes with a plywood floor and carpeted benches, which i like becauseit's just begging for a deck mod. boat comes with a trailer and a late (2000?) model 2stroke 25hp merc, with low hours. seller wants equivalent of US$3,100. it seems like a good deal, if i consider the law of supply and demand (in my country, it's low demand and virtually zero supply). my plywood boat serves me well, but i want a tinny, so i can be just like you guys.
i look at CL just for the heck of it and see tin boats that sell for very low and i'm so green with envy. i wish we had deals like that here. i want to know if the listing i saw can be considered a fair, decent, good or great deal in your area.
your opinions would affect whether i become an certified tinboater...............i'm nearly there, but i need a little nudge in the right direction.
