I'm going to spray the inside of my boat with bed liner. My boat is down to bare aluminum right now. Do I need to scuff it up, spray with a self etching primer, and than spray the bed liner? Or could I just prime it and than spray bed liner? Or do I need the primer at all? Thanks.
