bow mount on a 14' alumacraft jon

I am new to the boat project world. I have a 14' 2004 alumacraft flat bottom. There are two bench seats and a very small "seat" in the front if there were to be three people fishing. I take both my parents fishing a few times a year and someone always has to sit on the front. I already have two swivel seats on the benches. I want to mount a bow mount on the front without losing that 3rd seat when I need it. Please advise if you can, Thanks.

just put the bow mount off to the side, will be plenty of room to sit still

Yes that was my thought. my main concern is exactly what materials to use as it will be permanent. I would like it to look nice as well.
