okiefisher, Welcome aboard, glad you are here!
First, post pictures of your progress. I would suggest you use it before you change it so you know what you like and don't like. Keep in mind the motor you will be using (OB, TM oars??). And be judicious on the amount if weight you add. Be sure to post pics.
