I just had a flash back. My brother had a boat like that years ago. We fished the Inland Coastal Waterway of North Carolina with it and would sneak out into the ocean on calm days. My last memory was a cooler full of black sea bass.

Interesting boat and yes, wonderfully shiny, blindingly so.

I have my eyes set on a boat just like this one, I think they are cool......I just need to talk the lady into selling me the old blast from the past.

That must only work for relatively new aluminum that hasn't been painted. Either that, or I wasn't doing it right. A couple of years ago, I stripped all the old paint off my jetboat, and had the thought of leaving it bare aluminum. I tried to shine it with metal buffing polish, and only succeeded making a grayish-colored mess, with no appreciable shine. So, I went back to the painted finish.

Wow, need some sunglasses to look at that one. Someone did a lot of polishing.
