Started this project early this summer sorry don't have pictures of it when I started. It began life as an old 12' Jon boat and now im currently trying to make it more user friendly. I am new to all this so helpful criticism is welcome. Here is some pictures of how it sits today,still needs a couple things but let me know what you think,thanks.

Looks pretty friendly to me.
That flip-up storage is way cool. =D>
 
did you remove the bench seats or did you buy it like that. i like what you did with the open floor might consider adding some ribs and removing the benches.
