I have a 12 foot jon that has rivets that are popped out of the ribs in the boat but still connected in the inside of the boat. Anyone ever had this or any expirience with it? How do I fix this? Will post pic later. I greatly appreciate anyone that can help me out.
 
You can take a pointy object like a nail set or a nail and center it on the rivetbody on the side that the head has popped off and tap the rivet out of the hole.
