This is as much as I'm going to do this year. I need a battery tray, a fire extinguisher and it's ready.
Console had some dubious wiring which I fixed most of. Cut out spaghetti to get the mess under control. Soldered out old quick connectors. Moved the trolling battery to under the bench seat.
I'm making it to be worked on. Console, decks, framing pop out easily with a screw gun because I know I'm going to want to go back in.
More to do like make drink holders, probably redo and paint the seat framing because it's a bit low for the batteries.
Make a hatch for the hole in the floor.
Little stuff that can wait because I'm taking it south for camping.
Cheers

It's a 2000 Tracker Grizzly Bass 16 with a 40 ELPTO on it. Spins a 10.5" X 15P prop through a 1.83 to 1 lower.
Got aluminum floor, sides and a Minn Kota 55. 19 gallon fuel tank.
I've put 30 miles on it and it runs 30MPH tops, three and change with the troller.
It had a rotten deck, chairs that you couldn't lean back in, electrical issues.
