You can make the best kit yourself...
for a 100qt cooler, just get either a 1100gph recirc aerator or bilge pump.
If it were me, and you wanted to reduce the number of holes in your boat, go with the bilge.
Follow the instructions on this makeshift livewell I did a few years ago. But just go all out on the bilge/aerator - you want to move as much water as possible.
