I have a 94 outboard that needs this safety feature added.
Is it relatively simple to add a kill switch/cord to a motor that does't have one already?
I haven't had much luck searching for diagrams or an idea of how to get inside the handle (which is where I assume the wiring is already for the kill button at the end of the tiller).
Any advice much appreciated!

Check out this site. Also I recently did mine and just swapped out my stop switch with a universal kill switch
