How long is this Jon boat?

I have been reading this site awhile and have decided to take on a Jon boat project of my own. Long story short, this boat used to be very well maintained until someone shot the are of it with what looks to be a .22 and caused it to sink like the Titanic. The owners are physically unable to do anything about saving it and had planned to let it go. They were happy to give it to me knowing it would once again be used. After a January swim and a lot of work I was able to drag this to safety. I will return in a few days when a friend can help me load it on a trailer and get it home. I ran out of daylight and forgot to measure the size of it. Can anyone tell from the a picture if this is a 1436, 1236, or ????? Thanks for any opinions!

I am guessing a 12 footer

I think it might be a 12 also just using the seat as a scale. I looked at some pictures of the new Lowe boats trying to determine length from the picture. The new 1436 has three braces that run the width of the boat between the front seat and bow. The 1236 have two braces. I can for sure see two in the pic and believe there is room for another that can't be seen due to the picture angle. I also know this boat is old and may be a totally different design. Pics below of what I am talking about. I'd just go measure if it wasn't an hour drive.

1236. At first I was leaning toward a 14 footer, but I think the water is making it appear longer than it is. Definitely no more than a 36 inch floor, maybe even 32.

I made the trip and its a 1436. I am pretty excited about this project. Once I get the title work complete and in my name I will start. In the meantime I will be watching for a good deal on a trailer. Thanks for your responses.
