I have my untreated plywood for flooring in my 1436 alumacraft, my question is do you have to cut out space for the braces or can ya just jam it in so its nice and tight?? thanks guys

The choice is up to you. I prefer to have a nice clean cut around the ribs. Depending what you plan on for a finish (rug, tile, varnish/painted) may dictate how accurate the cuts have to be.

I cut my plywood for the spaces in between the benchs it seems lose when i walk on it,can I screw it into the ribs to secure it or is that bad

You can screw it down with SS screws. Check the length so you don't go to deep. I like to use SS finish washers on the screws as well. Looks nice and neat, and gives the tapered screw head good holding power.
