That post was too cryptic for my old brain.
You need to get the photos in your PC, select browse and go from there.
If your photos wound up in your PC 'uside down' just pick the 'fix' and rotate. OR...load the photo into (MS Paint or ect) and Rotate the photo.

Open them with "Windows Photo Viewer" and rotate them.
Most software now like picasa automatically recognize which way the photos should appear. When uploaded they are still flipped though.
