Hey guys in the middle of rebuilding a duracraft and had a few questions..

first off, scored a piece of .090 aluminum for the floor.

Rivets or self tapping screws to secure to the floor to the boat?

can i use grip tape on the floor? will it hold up or should i put some down and simply rattle can bedliner over it like the rest of the inside of the boat?

aluminum rivets

rattle can is more delicate than roll on

be sure to scuff up then clean the aluminum really well or nothing will stick

consider aluminum primer

grip tape is nice but it wears out eventually leaving goo, you can always replace worn out grip tape w/ a large strip to cover the goo from the old one....

hydroturf is awesome, but you gotta pay to play

I've yet to install my aluminum floors/decks but I'll be using blind rivets to secure the floor to the ribs and the deck to the angle/tube frame. I'm also planning on using this as my anti skid:
