I would like some recommendations on a new pair of swivel seats. I will be putting them on a base that clamps onto the benches. I need something that is fairly strong with good back support.
 
I'm using Wise brand seat that I bought a Cabelas a few years back.
 
Look for Made in USA....you can't go wrong,Bass Pro has some really nice seats,i bought some made in china crap...and untill they rot...in a little whille,but i will be wiser next time around,i just cant stand chinese made crap !
 
Look at Wise. I went with their High Back Deluxe and if you look at my build thread towards the end, there are photos.

Been debated here before.
It really depends on how much you're willing to spend.
