I'm having trouble finding a good reference on cutting into my rear bench seat to create some storage hatches. Any good leads? I'm wanting to do the bench forward of my fuel tank and the 2 smaller onces on either side. Thanks.

I'll let others chime in on the how-to part. Just wanted to be sure you were aware that a large portion of your flotation foam in located in those sections and you may run into an issue if you ever got swamped in that the back of your boat would go down (sink) quickly.
 
I'm aware. I plan on keeping foam around the outside of the storage. I also have some under my floor already. Thanks for the heads up though.
 
Is that an alumacraft mv1648 ncs? If so I habe the same boat and used the 11x15 tempress cam lock hatches on the left and right side of where your gas tank is and it worked good.
