I have my seats all on their own piece of plywood. i guess im gonna just screw them into the bench. wat kind of screws should i use? where can i find them? idk if i should screw them becuz i may take them out and put them bak in every now and then. do yall think i should just stick with this plan or go to bass pro and get those seat clamps? wat r the pros and cons of them?

Get the wide seat clamps, that way you can remove the seats when you need/want to. Plus with the clamps you can move the seat to the left and to the right instead of it being in 1 spot all the time.

On my Grumman, I had the seats mounted onto a piece of 3/4 inch plywood. Then, I would put that on the bench seat, and strap it down with 15 foot ratchet straps. Worked well, was removable, adjustable, and when I went to sell the boat, I was able to sell it w/o holes in it.

Here's the clamp I used. I replaced the Wing Nuts with standard nuts. I didn't think I could tighten the clamp tight enough to hold my 210Lbs
