Hello All!

I have done some searching here and there but have only came across very few ideas so far.

i wanted to see who all has made small side consoles, cubbies and stuff of that nature for keeping your stuff orginized

something like this (although pretty extravagant) https://features.boats.com/boat-content/files/2011/10/Crestliner-1750-Pro-Tiller-3.jpg

post some links and some pics!

I remember seeing a few on here. This one has a side compartment that you might be able to copy

thanks for the links!

been busy with work but i have yet to come up with an idea i really like

i added a shelf i guess you could say between the back bench and front bench in my 12 footer and mounted my fishfinder and switch panel to for the time being
tryin to figure out all what i want to be incorporated and what kind of storage would be easiest and most convenient for paperwork, wallet, phone, smokes, keys, pocket stuff ya know
and mabe something to organize some pliers scissors and stuff like that

Here's mine, no cubbies though, just housing the switches, stero , etc.....

The lid on the same side as the FF is storage & it houses my fuse block, cir breaker, & battery switch. The compartment on the other side ( at the time of this pic had no lid yet.) will someday be a live well / fish box.
I tried to glue some Home Depot foam in the fish box, then I attemted to fiberglass it. The resin melted the foam just like gas in a styrofoam cup! So I found an outfit that makes custom size soft sided cooler bags and ordered one to fit the box. I haven't given up on the foam / fiberglass idea yet, just have to study up on what kind of foam to use.

Good luck with your project, and have fun with it. :)

Nice setup Winddog i really like it!!

i have a shelf instead of a box like you have your ff hooked up to but plan on making it a box similer to your pic winddog but i keep thinking i want to have drawers slide out from the side of box mabe like tool box drowers or something with cup holders, ff, etc on top

and your issue with the melting foam is caused by the resin (https://www.tapplastics.com/product/fiberglass/polyester_resins)

you wanna use epoxy (https://www.tapplastics.com/product/fiberglass/epoxy_resins)

they dont melt foam i used to do alot of fiberglass when i flew rc gliders making molds building scratch pss planes repairs and all kinds of stuff i like fiberglass real easy to work with
