Soon I will be moving from NNY to GA. Ive done my two years in this tundra, now its time to go to benning. My current situation will force me to put the boat in the 26' truck. My plan is to break down the trailer which is bolted together, strip the boat down to bare bones, build a solid stand of some sort to secure the motor, and put the boat in and pack in/around it.

Any suggestions would be GREATLY appreciated. Should I drain the 4 stroke upper and lower amd try to put her on her side? Should I have concerns if I need to put the boat on its side for the bumpy right, as far as flexing goes? These are some of the considerations I am looking at

Oh and sorry its a riveted g3 1442 and a 20 horse 4 stroke tahatsu power tilt.

Aluminum boats are tough, just get it in there safely (might be the hardest part), park it, brace it or lash it down so it does not roll around and be done with it. No need to remove the motor. Pack around it, in it and on it.
