I have a pretty bad crack near the transom in the middle rib it leaks almost constantly, I have filled the boat up with water and found 20 more leaky rivets also. I would like to know if I can drill the ends of the crack and fill it with west system 105 to fill the crack. And I think the transom is going out the back plate is mushy when hit lightly with a hammer.

I would appreciate any and all suggestions to help fix my crack

I tore into the transom today and found pressure treated lumber in there so i had a lot of pits what a pita. I used jb weld putty on the pits. And on the worn through spot I will heat it up with a heat gun and fill with west system 650 g flex epoxy specially for aluminum boat repair. untill I can afford to weld it

Here's some pictures for your viewing pleasure, the transom pieces are 3/4 exterior ply wetted with what i had laying around west system 105 at 1-1 ratio, and the transom areas after a lot of sanding before the jb weld putty.
