So heres the deal. I remodeled my back deck last season in my 1542, and im not too happy with the way it came out. I also put new carpeting on the back deck and floor, and I was going to recarpet the front this year. Now im thinking, since I dont like the back deck and im going to pull the front out anyway, should I just redo the entire thing out of aluminum? It would probably cost me around $300 or so for all the aluminum I would need, or should I just recarpet the front and deal with it?

and try and remove the carpet and scrape off the glue when its time to re do it next time ,or you could go wood and when its time to recarpet ,just pull it up, trace it out and install a new piece. :D
