Hello all new here so here it goes. My mom is done with the old pond boat. It belonged to her late husband. Any idea what it is? I cant find any numbers on the boat anywhere. Boat has C.F. #s last registered in 1985. Thanks for the help.

As long as it was registered once the state should know.
I'm guessing you didn't get the title? Do you need the title to transfer ownership?

There isn't a number on the hull no HID. I think it's been a "row boat since late 60s" wink wink

Nice boat! At one time it had a transom plate on it weather it was ever used with a motor or not. I would check with the state to see what it takes to get registered again. I have an old Alumacraft, mv Jon, 14X48 that I paid $600 for some years ago and you can't touch one for that these days. Try to refloat that boat. Clean it up and a paint job and its like new.

Nice platform to start on!
If it was built before 1975 I think it was it doesn't have a number plate. Or some don't.
Here (TN ) all we need is a bill of sale and its helpful if it has the old registration numbers. We don't have titles at all.
