While they certainly do not look factory, can you tell me if they brackets shown in the pics are on yours as well? My guess (by the looks of the welds) the the PO started a repair on it and put those on himself. I do know from looking at your projects that there is typically a board under here. Just need to know if I should go ahead and cut them off or not.
