Hi is a 83lb tohatsu to much for a 1969 14foot Rich Line? I am new here I posted before but don't see it anyways thank you.

9.8 hp It 83.8 lbs was running a 4 hp 1969 Johnson 2 stroke it pushed real good no racer mind ya thanks again
 
you can figure this out yourself by using the USCG formula which factors in both weight and horsepower of the motor, plus you'd have the added benefit of being legal if ever checked (which nobody cares about on here)
