Found a decent deal and may be purchasing this boat in the next few days. My only concern is the lack of reviews that I can find on Smoker Craft quality and toughness. Going to be using it for guiding on remote rivers that lack boat ramps so it will have its share of being winched up on to sandy banks and then muscled onto the trailer. Always worried about bow eyes pulling out, rivets loosening, etc. Its a 700lb 16ftr which is max weight I can deal with in this launch and retrieval situations. Anybody here own a Smoker or are familiar with the brand? Thanks..

FWIW I've always considered them as tough as Lunds and I've seen float planes in AK strap the Lund skiff between the floats for take-off ... and they cut the straps and let it fall to the water before landings!

Dayum TOUGH boats! Unbeatable? No, not as tough as anything else you'd get? Heck yeah!
