Anyone ever use these to secure bow mounted TM?

Not so good on smooth surfaces (like aluminum) - works well on sheetrock though.

The flange works best when it has something to "bite" into. I used them but had to run a screw down beside one/some of them to keep it from spinning. might help to score it a bit and give it some teeth.

Good point about the metal on metal. I've got some liquid rubber to apply to the toggle part that will hopefully provide the needed bite. My purpose for the toggle bolt is because I want to bolt the TM thru the plywood deck and down into the elevated portion of the bow.
