Hi looking to get a new tin boat 14 or 16 foot, welded, or rivets, don't know yet, what is the strongest size aluminum is there?, the thickets and what company makes it thanks bowmanhere

when you say you want to buy a "new" tin boat . . . .
are you referring to a never previously owned NEW boat right off the showroom floor ???
or, a previously owned model, maybe 20 or more years old , , , , , ,

I suggest you just go visit some boat places in person, gather your own information,
and make your own decisions from the salesman's recommendations.
You could be looking at hull thickness from .080" to .110". Some of the new G3 boats are .125".

as with anything, the more heavy duty, thicker, faster, safer, etc etc etc,
the price goes up accordingly.
