I am a part time river waterman and all I have right now is a 1974 aldocraft 1636. I like it because it's easy modify and work on. Any suggested mods out there? What do I have to do to get rid of the seats...how should I reinforce it. Any stability suggestions? I'll fish out of it these season til I get my hands on a 20 ft pontoon boat. I read this forum a lot and respect yalls opinion

there is no way you can get educated answers without photos of what you have.
