Boat Value

I have a co-worker who has a 1979 EldoCraft aluminum boat that he is trying to sell. I can't find what model, but my closest guess is a 1520. There aren't many pictures on the internet for a comparison to find a matching boat. The hull is in great shape and the interior needs a little work, but doesn't appear very major . It has a side console with a 1981 Johnson 50HP motor. He is going to have a compression test done this weekend to check the condition of the cylinders. He said he wants $1100 for boat, motor, and trailer. Is this a good deal, or is he asking a little too much.
