Note the special shape of these washers, vs. the typical counter-sunk ones with a hard/sharp edge that would cut through the vinyl flooring. These trim washers have a small flat or rim flange on the extreme OD to grip the material and hold it ... without cutting it.
NOTE that in use. most boat manufacturers use 2 washers per fastener, not 1. They do stack together nicely and one wouldn't know there was really 2 there until you took them apart. The bottom washer grips the material while the top one can spin, if needed, to take the torque from affixing the fastener. In this way you don’t cause the material to twist or pull, but lay flat.
I needed some for my present rebuild and though others might be interested in them too.
