I'm getting tired of having 100 ft of rope laying all over the boat. I use a 15lb anchor so the system with the rope reel only supports a 10lb. Anyone use this one with some kind of way to reel line in?

I use a cheaper metal version that even walmart carries. I like that kind because when I'm by myself I can work the anchor from the rear up front by laying the rope down the deck to my feet.
I don't carry but 25 ft of rope so I don't spool it.

Just a thought but how about a cord reel used for extension cords.

Hi,
With that setup, the rope will still be all over the boat.

Check out the neat setups from board sponsor Anchor Wizard as an option. www.anchorwizard.com
