New here, thought I would share a few pics of a new trolling motor ramp for my Tracker Topper 1548. Throwing in a few of the boat too. Got a deal on the boat, it was previous years model, got it new for $900. Took another $600 to finish off the decking, $900 for the 20HP Johnson, $345 for the trolling motor, and, thanks to my brother Charles, a free trailer!!

Thanks, I modified the factory bait well. Installed an aerator, and overflow. It was actually the most tedious part of the conversion.

Thanks Abraham, it does fish well. When we built it we tried to keep the center of gravity as low as possible. I'm 225lbs and my son is 175lbs, no issues at all. The old Johnson Sea Horse 2 stroke pushes it over 20mph with both of us in it. The new foot control trolling motor will definitely make life easier.

I found a video from last year.

Great job on your set up there. You did get a nice deal! Looks AWESOME for the amount of money you have in it.
