How much does a sheet of plywood weigh? I'm thinking of butting in an aluminum deck when my swimming pool goes. Just trying to figure out if there is any significant weight benefit before I start.

I didn't check the link, but the general rule of thumb that I've always used is 25 lbs for every 1/4" on a 4x8 sheet.

Per that manufacturer it works out to 22#s for the first 1/4" and an additional 20#s for every added 1/4", so for sure 25 is a safe bet. That link didn't spec interior vs exterior or marine ply layup.

The 3/4" stuff weighs enough that I now have to get help at Home Depot to get it off the rack.
