Spray can primer?

I like the Rustoleum brand of self etching primer.
Do you plan to paint your whole boat with the rattle cans ?
Personally, I do not have the patience for it.
Small touchup jobs, yes, but not for a whole car, truck or boat.
Just bare in mind the chemical compositions are designed for different applications.
Self Etching is for bare metal.
Fillers are to fill small scratches and blemishes
Sealers are to make the whole surface uniform so the topcoat will not have ugly spots
Corrosion Resistant Primers: just that, to prevent the onset of corrosion.
In my world, I paint with a paint brush. With a little prep, your primers and
finish topcoats will look first class.
