Looking for a good jon boat cover. The issue I'm running into is the ones i find are for boats that don't have any chairs sticking up.Any suggestions? I'm wondering if I should buy one for a bigger boat so it will cover everything.

If you have the time, you can make your own. I did, never sewed anything before. Used an old singer. There are utube how to's. It was about $125 for the material (Sunbrella clone). Actually was kinda fun learning a new skill. Let me know if you want the web links, i can dig them out.

Hey there! I hear you're looking for a boat cover and may need help in finding the best cover available? We offer USA Made covers by Carver Industries which are constructed right here in South Carolina from only the best materials in the industry, including Sunbrella!

You can start your search by year, make and model:
https://www.boatcoversdirect.com/products/boat_covers/carver/

If you are unsure, you can always choose by the style of boat you have and choosing the overall length and beam width. It sounds like you will be looking between the Open Jon and Jon Style Bass Boat Covers. The difference between these two styles are that the Open Jon cover is made for a boat with no interior allowances besides the seating, whereas the Jon Boat cover is also made for a side console.

If you don't see your boat model listed, you can try searching by desired size from whichever style you have:

This Carver cover does accommodate for a side console, a flush mounted trolling motor, and pedestal seats in place, but with the backs folded down. You may want to check the centerline length of your boat including the trolling motor (if it should add length) to the back of the transom or jack plate to ensure the correct size is chosen. It is also made with an attached outboard motor cover, so your boat and motor are protected all in one!

Here are a couple images of how this style of cover will fit on the Jon Boats with the pedestal seats in place:
