If you want a nice seat I use a patio chair. Purchased for $60, high back, armrests, rocker, netting seat dries fast. Swivel post dia. on mine is 7/8". I drilled out the 3/4" hole in the plastic bushing in the top of my seat post and slid it in. EASY No plastic base to fail. I will add drink holder soon. May purchase one cheaper this time of year. =D>
