Looks great and sure a back-story would help appreciate your work.
I pretty much bought a motor that came with a boat and trailer. So far I rebuilt the console, replaced all electrical, and steering. As far as the paint I bead blasted the old off and sprayed on the new. The paint is Interlux gloss black with the fire red. Now I need to tune the motor and look into a new prop. I'm not sure it's the right size, only hits 3200 rpm under full load.

Well it certainly doesn't look like the same boat. Fine job on the paint.
3200rpm at WOT does sound like that prop is too big. If looking for speed over power go down in dia., if looking for power over speed go down in pitch.
