What is you opinion on mounting a couple of these suspension seats in the boat?

They are heavy. I had the same seat on my tractor and I would take my boat seat over it any day.

Tractor Supply Company has them on sale for $89. Looks like shipping weight is 40lbs but I would be removing the old seats.
These weigh 12lbs And I would love to have them but the European company does not seem to have an American dealer and has not returned my email. :( check these nice units out:
