So I'm picking up a Boat, trailer and engine combo. The only info that is found is it may be a Sears. Not sure of what year and there is no HIN but maybe a serial number. It is 14ft long and 44" at the widest point, it's also a V-Hull. View attachment 1View attachment 2View attachment 3

I'd look at Google Images, and try to find one that looks like yours. Many times you can then click on a box that takes it to a thread that will have more information about the imaged boat. One thing to keep in mind from what I've gathered, if you find a similar boat in terms to Length & Beam, in the Specifications even if it is not your exact model, the safety in terms of maximum HP outboard and total weight including passengers and equipment will probably apply.
Did a quick search, for Sears Gamefisher and found some similar:

Happy Hunting...

Thanks... I'm all about Google out. I think I found it but until I have the boat in front of me and I can get a clear look at the serial number I can only assume it's a pre 1972 Sears 14ft x 44" Semi V-hull.

The seat brackets in your photos, as well as the 3 photos pictured in this link look the same:

Glad to hear you think you found what you needed. Cool old boat. Please post more pictures with information once you get her in your sights. Best regards, Kris

The ribs and seats look like alumacraft. What do the corner plates and bow plate look like?

Ok got some more pictures. I will be picking her up tomorrow if all goes to plan.

Ok got her home today. I can't wait on this build. It is 13'8" and at the widest point 52" I have with it a 72 Johnson 9.9hp and 73 Evinrude 15hp.

She needs work but all tins do when they are this old. Couple small holes above the water line that I can fill with bucking some rivets. Also need to install the middle seat.

It has a Serial Number no HIN and looks to have an old SEARS sticker on the transom.

Think the hardest part is going to find a way to get it Titled and Registered.

Reached a milestone today. I was able to title it and register it with the help from the local Tax office. A smile and a yes ma'am goes a long way.
