I recently aquired a free 12' Flat bottom jon boat. 17 leaks.... going to get on pounding out a few dents and patching leaks tomorrow. (maybe an inch of water in bottom of boat to find leaks with) I got the structural covered, the accessories like seat hardware, live well parts things like that I'm kinda foggy on where to find.

Restoring these tinny's are a lot of fun the inter web has limitless ideas and so do some of us. The folks on this page are a wealth of information and remember pictures help solve all sorts of confusion. So just be careful keep it safe and make it your own.
 
Depending on the bottom width I'd be weary of adding too much weight to it.
