I don't know. Boats around my parts are useless without a title. Cant even scrap them without a title.
See them for sale often. Same thing they are listed dirt cheap and pretty temping projects sometimes. I have never bought one. When the guy says no title end of conversation for me.

Man, in ohio it's sub 14ft doesn't need a title. I found a boat in a junkyard with no papers and got it registered eventually. Took some time but it was easy peasy lol

haven't picked it up yet. still considering it its impossible to get a title in texas but i fish private property mostly anyways. I dont NEED it but both seats and pedestals i couldn't buy for 100$
